There is a vicious cycle, one aggravates the other. Legal Service, Education Service and Medical Service, all three are inter-related. One affects the other severely. Therefore, everybody has to do a self evaluation. Unfortunately, Sri Lanka has moved away from Rule of Law to Rule of Money.

You will find the category of Attendents and Minor Staff employed in the hospital, only in existence in South Asian Countries but in other countries only doctors and nurses look after the patients. In Sri Lanka, when the patients are discharged, they get the information from minor staff. It's very pathetic. In western culture, other than the nurses or doctor, no body would advice patients.
