Pizza Tower: "You've hurt Peppino..."

There is a secret path in the very first room of The Pig City. Follow it to its end and you will run into Grandpa Pepper rocking on his chair.
He is one "enemy" you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT KILL. Any attempts to do so will will have him greet you with a huge fist. The old man can throw a mean punch! He can even do it from behind! If you can find him and get hit by him, you even get alt clothes for it!
I used this to my advantage to see how many screens I could get from hurting Peppino too much. I usually reach 10 in a stage if I'm not careful, but these bizarre screens will show up every 10 hits up to 100. This isn't all for naught, though, because you can unlock an alt color for Peppino if you get hurt 50 times in a single save file.
Nothing much else to say about this besides how freaky a lot of these screens are. It also largely feels like this game is shaming you for letting this poor guy get hurt so much.
