mam your lectures are very helpful, but a point - 6% of national income spent on education point was in kothari commission as per the book KVS MADAN and in lecture it was told in NPE 1968, kindly help.
Kothari commission was the foundation on which NPE 1968 was formed.The commission recommended it and NPE 1968 implemented it.
