You are such a vibe I love it My skin is pretty healthy and clear because I have a decent diet and lifestyle, more like a very active lifestyle but yeah. I’m so active because I’m trying to loose weight but I’ve been overweight my whole life so it’s really hard for me to loose weight but I’m really getting on track this year. I figure skate, roller skate, rock climb, surf, swim, workout at home, and I might start running soon and I never forget to stretch after my workouts. I love doing HIIT and Pilates workouts because it makes me feel so good. For my face I just make my own face spray by filling up a spray bottle with water, adding 3 pumps of face wash to it, shake it up, spray it on my face, and massage it into my face. I do not really need anything else other than that but for the summer I will definitely get some sunscreen lotion for my face and maybe I will try the products you use in the future because I love all natural like you do. I just wanted to add something to my routine because I’m trying to get my whole body super healthy this year. I also do the curly girl method and I plan to do that for about a year at least (dw, I use all natural cgm products from curlsmith) and once my hair is super healthy idk I might not need the products anymore of very little products we will see ig. Idk why I’m writing this super long comment LOL Ig I’m holding myself accountable online so I stay motivated

Firstly, your comment inspired me so much Secondly, may I just ask how do you fit so much of these activities/workouts into your life/day? I'm currently only able to jump rope. I wake up at 4am to catch bus at 5am, then I come home around past 8. In the morning I can't exercise as it'll make a noise(I live with my family as I'm 20) and at night I'm too tired to do anything really, so I jump rope while waiting on my busses throughout the day Oh and as a curly girl(3b-3c) sometimes less is more. I've simplified my routine to just a leave in conditioner and sweet almond oil after realising my hair doesn't really need much product to thrive. Generally though, in winter you might need more product(maybe something with a hold) or to refresh more often depending on the climate where you live Edit: at the start of your curly girl journey I'd say to stick to deep conditioners. Assuming you know your hair's porosity, they'll be a game changer in the health of your hair
