The gallops to mimic the heartbeat! The long freeze before the stream!! Then the Stream itself!!! That stream alone accounts for more than 1/3 of the entire song score. You will either pass or fail if you can't do the stream.
You are understand the vibe of ambulance. I really admire you. In the beginning, bring patience in ambulance. The middle, patient feel worse. (Gallop) the longggggg beep means patience is near fatal, you need to accelerate the ambulance to the hospital as soon as possible. At the end, the patience get well and survive!!!! ❤ 🎉

That Death run at the end is LITERALLY the player fighting for their life. I love that touch. That final note is them surviving in the end.

It starts like a 15/16, but as soon as the song is about to end, sudden 16th note stream jumpscare causes the difficulty to shoot through the roof.
Goes from run of the mill 18 to Max Period Expert with a simple stop
