On the Olive Oil prices, the Italy trees had been damaged by some type of fungus and it destroyed a lot of their trees back a few years ago....this I think is why the prices are higher. My daughter lives in Italy!
Very interesting to hear your USA prices .Wow! thought the prices had risen a lot in the UK but I can’t get over how much more expensive your food prices are. On the plus side You have so much more choice & variety than us here . Thanks for the video 😊
Most Americans don't or can't buy that high end organic food. I buy just a handful of products from Azure once a year like rolled oats, not organic, and those are less than Aldi.
@@kdonor To be fair, is there even such a thing as organic any more. Most organic producers still use pesticides & herbicides, but they're supposedly more acceptable than the big corp more harmful ones. And is our soil and water organic any more, given all the chemicals in our water and soils now.
Based on your purchases it looks like you were able to take advantage of the “Azure Market’ sale 15% discount. When you spend 150%. That’s awesome 👏 I believe that it ends December 31. Thank you for all of your ideas. It helps to get good ideas from other knowledgeable people like yourself.
Thank you Amanda for sharing your Azure order. Could you share how the coffee was? I’ve been wanting to order “shade grown” coffee to see if there’s a difference with my stomach. Merry Christmas to you and your family 🎄
What is the breakdown of the potassium in the molasses? the best I have ever been able to find and never find again was 975 mg per TBS. I have ever only bought organic as molasses is the last of what is left from sugar processing.
I ordered 2 of the delicata 5lb bags and within 1 week I had throw a bunch of them to the chickens, So disappointing. When I grow them myself they store longer but thats always the risk you take when ordering I suppose. Im curious to hear your thoughts on the powdered sugar. Im not a fan of it so I will not reorder. The little bit we use Ill just buy the store brands. Great haul. It always feels good to be stocked up :)
We love rye berries, cooked like rice and used like hearty rice.... Squash stuffing, with a stew on it, etc. They kind of pop. It's a great texture thing. Enjoy! Also cooked with apple juice and used as a hot breakfast cereal....
I love feeding my SD starter freshly ground rye. It keeps my starter so happy.
I have heard that rye is the super grain for sourdough starter. I will be trying. Thank you!
I LOVE getting my Azure Standard haul, Thrive Market and MOST of ALL, my Thrive Life!
Great hauls post. Please keep doing them, I really enjoy them. We purchase Mary's chicken thighs often.
You can freeze the yogurt in 2 tablespoon containers and it will still be viable to culture your own yogurt.
Great idea, thank you!!
Even though I have my own bees and honey, molasses makes the best bbq sauce.
I wish azure shipped directly for disabled people
Pick ups with azure are a community event if you need help with your items there are plenty of helping hands 😊
I thought they did drop ship

Wow, that's really interesting, thank you for sharing...and I'm slightly envious your daughter lives in Italy. :)

Their incomes must be so much higher. That little lot would buy my food for 6 months cos the average UK person could never afford that Azure haul.

The olive oil price, ouch! I love that item from azure
Costco sells Ruta maya organic coffee out of Austin tx and it’s a shade grown and sourced well 2lbs for $14 here in north Texas. It’s my go to.

Oh I wish!!! I had placed my order prior to that email and offer being available. I was so bummed I didn't get the discount. :(

I missed on my first order too. It’s good until the end of the month so hopefully many people that really need it can take advantage of it
Wow, great deals! All organic! Of course the pears were my favorites. Thank you.

Will do...I haven't actually tried it yet...been waiting to use up what we already have open.
Try making your own sour cream too, you can use the Nancy’s to inoculate it
That is actually on my list for 2024! Thank you :)

Per the Azure website, it's 334mg per Tbsp (20grams)
And a working family! Eating is kind of important :)
Love seeing your Azure hauls! Great buys. Val C

It's the best feeling! I haven't tried the powdered sugar yet...but will. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Rye berries cooked in apple juice? That sounds really interesting! Thanks.
I feel like I’ve seen some Nancy’s products at Lowes Foods when I lived in Apex
I have found the Nancy's brand at my local Sprouts. It's also about the same price as Azure.
My Favorite sandwich: Ham, Swiss, on Rye, with mustard! 💗 Yummy!
Can't wait to see what you do with the oranges!
Hey Amanda. Great haul. Have you ever tried to can your own mushrooms?
I have not....only because I don't trust myself and the canning process enough. I know too much about mushrooms :)
