I need help😭. Which number should I set my fridge for less cooling? It's freezing my things and I believe I still don't know the difference
Why would 5 be the coldest . When we think of a fridge temperature 'cold' we go down the temperature thermometer to the coldest. I have made this mistake so many times and my freezer starts defrosting

Can someone tell me how you change the light in this fridge please ???
It's very confusing that fridges are recommended to run at aroun 5 degrees centigrade and that this dial runs from 1-5. I assumed the numbers stood for degrees centigrade in the fridge, so that 1 would be coolest, when in fact it's warmest setting. Backwards logic!
Take it this way: the higher number the more energy consumption; the more energy consumption the lower temperature.
How do you get the dial off to change the thermostat?

@@gary8672 have you managed yet, I'm trying to get mine off but its solid
@@gary8672 model is CF5015APW and its probably only about 4 years old. I changed the pcb on rear of fridge but still not freezing. The control knob inside the fridge dose come off with a bit force but the rest of housing is solid and I think it will smash with excessive force, but I might give it a go anyway. Thanks for reply. Martin.

1:07 She says "the minimal temperature is suitable for colder months"! That's wrong! She should say "the MAXIMUM temperature" or "the minimal SETTING".
I came here to figure out whether high setting means high temperature or low temperature, but you seem to be confused yourself 🤦♂️ smh
