I was given a new Fiat 126 for my 21st in 1978 - the cost was £1001. It was dove grey and the starter was a lever thing between the front seats and the choke immediately beside it. No frills, air cooled and noisy as hell. I loved it. I didn't think about safety then but it was such a fun wee thing.

Until now, I didn't know that there was a right-hand drive and, most importantly, a water-cooled engine? The last time I was home, I didn't see a single one. (HU)

They make good town cars, are OK in the snow...have good ground clearance and can deal with bad roads. Brilliant! The guys seem to have gotten it spot on this season, making money but also enjoying it too! Loving this season. Always wanted a 126, but I reckon my wife would kill me if another Fiat was to find its way into my garage! 😅

@shsh-he5qg I've bought and sold more vehicles than you've had hot dinners. I've walked many times and either been called back or have been telephoned after.
By the way, they didn't make £2k profit.

They did the work themselves ! So even if they paid themselves 200 quid each a day ! That’s 1k profit !
But why don’t you show us your many deals you have made millions on ! I’m sure people would be dying to see such a genius like you showing everyone how it’s done

@@Kaspertube513 what’s scripted ? How much they paid for a car, how much they spent and how much they sold it for ? 🤣
I have been buying and selling cars on the side for over 25 years, if you have a bit of knowledge and contacts, you can def make profit from cars without bs… sometimes you can buy a car and that’s finished and make more from selling just the catalytic converter ! And then scrapping the car

I enjoy these guys, but the notion that they are making any money is a joke. They conveniently ignore garage rental, petrol costs etc. If they really did give up their day jobs, they must be strugglng to feed themselves. They must be making around £1/hr. Far better to buy a dirty car for £500, clean it, and sell it for £800. No garage rental. Just make sure you get a long MoT.

The credit list at the end of the video shows a sizeable production team.
I did this sort of thing when I was younger but I did it from home on top of a regular job.
You tend to remember the times when you make money and forget the times you lose.
