This is a work in progress where I'll be posting videos on the stuff I do in the kitchen and around the house - if it's linked to food, I'm trying to capture it on video and pop it up here for you to see.
Of course, cooking will be a major part, there will also be drinks stuff like wines I match with food to coffee training on different machines, tips and hacks in the kitchen, through to education like butchering and knife skills.
Don't forget to SUBSCRIBE so you can keep up with all the good stuff: bit.ly/3YGqNnB

@@akhileshkumar-yp8pl I second this. A lesser known fucking belter of a dish. My personal fave.
@@akhileshkumar-yp8pl Noted, thank you! 😉
You Rock....just saying. I 2nd the lamb shanks! Also, when is masterchef Australia back? Hanging out! 💜💜💜
Rest in peace chef 😔
I made this butter chicken recipe, so good. tastes a bit like the butter chicken at the old North Indian Diner in Newtown Sydney (which I loves). However, it really stings the heart watching this now. Sad loss, made worse after the passing of Father Bob
Sending condolences to your wife, kids and family RIP ❤❤
Those asking for measurements, 1 teaspoon of each spice. Adjust to your taste. A small full cream tub of plain yoghurt will be enough, but depending on the amount of chicken you have you may need more.
Please can l see the written recipe
yours looks pretty good but man i love supporting my local indian guy. hes so friendly. and his mustache is amazing
You get chicken tikka when you stop at 15:50. You get butter chicken when you carry on.
R.I.P brother
How about a printed recipe? Either here or in a separate link?
If only he could 😢
So sad to hear about his passing. The Habbishi, is it home made?
How can l see the written recipe please ?
11:17 - With his Scottish accent, I really did think he'd added a little whiskey. I wouldn't put it past them...

How can he do that when he passed away only days after this video! Have some respect!
😢😢😢😢
How did he died
Self inflicted.
@@jujumaccas but why
The amount of washing up this man is creating stresses me out
MAGIC
His passing is a massive loss to everyone, let’s hope his situation gives the necessary drive to officials to recognise how prolific mental health related deaths are. RIPx
Damn, I just stumbled upon this video randomly and seen him for the first time. I went to go to the comments to compliment him on his entertainment and beautiful food - then I find out he's passed away upon reading a few other comments. That is very sobering and blindsiding. So instead I will just say to Jock's family - for the small worth it may be - I immediately recognised a gifted and passionate man within minutes of watching. He's spreading knowledge and enjoyment with his work here, a giving and nurturing person, and no doubt he left this world a better place for him having been in it.
My heart breaks for your family, what an appalling time for them.😢
Condolences to yr beautiful family yr are an inspiration yr legency will live on in our hearts❤❤❤
Very saddened by the news of Jock's passing..

I've been cooking a very similar recipe for over ten years. It's from a Gordon Ramsey book called Great Escape. The main difference being that the Gordon Ramsey recipe is more authenticate as you use garam masala (which I roast and grind fresh). Personally I love the texture that you get from marinading it overnight. It feels more authenticate and it means that the marinade sticks to the chicken while cooking. Also, you can just grill the chicken in the oven at a high temperature and it will come out similar to the bbq.
Butter chicken 🤌🏽 can’t wait for the next video
He passed away
He felt his family would be better off without him……….
Rubbish. There is NOTHING supports that statement.
Looks lovely but anybody (especially someone claiming to be chef) cleaning out a bowl with a metal implement (spoon) is immediately considered 'thick'. How hard is it to use a silicon spatula to clean out your bowl/saucepan et cetera. When I strain the gravy I keep the puree and make naan bread with it. It is something very very special.
Wow, aren’t you a hero, in your own mind.
@@jenbell9823 why?
Each to his own dude. I own Le Creuset spatulas and guess what, I use the old wooden spoon. Who the eff cares!
Have some respect!
