I’m Montagnard indigenous I love lobster claws plants it’s so beautiful , we have in jungle Central highland before everywhere. Now Vietnamese came company rubber plantations cut it all down .
I started some from seed. They’re growing great but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. They’re wanting to grow like a ground cover, grabbing onto the soil wherever there’s a joint touching the soil. I haven’t gotten any stalks yet.
I recently bought a heliconia but the new and old leaves have started to yellow from bottom to up and I am really worried. I water it every week or so. Can you help me?
We suggest slowly potting young plants up. Start with a 2" larger pot that what the plant comes in, at first. Once you notice some roots coming out of the bottom of the pot, repoting into a 2" larger pot again. Follow this pattern.
