My neck being stuck happens to me alot lol. I litteraly miss school sometimes because I can't turn my head but it gets better after 3-5 days. My doctor said it could be a wrong movement or it could be stress too. Pain meds, a heating pad and rest is the key.

Yesss I did this 3 times and I think the first time rlly messes it up and from then on it’s easy to happen again. It rlly feels horrible you can’t tense it or it will KILL so that makes it rlly hard to get up! U can’t move it in any direction apart from down and it feels like somebody is sitting on top of you’re head and pushing down so hard I struggled so much to keep my head up and not to mention the constant burning pain. I know exactly what ur going through! And mine usually goes in 3-5 days too 3 days to be able to do things again and 5 for it to be mostly better
Yeah, i get that at least once every year. It's kinda like a cramp in the muscles of the neck. So heat and relaxing are the best you can do 😊💕
@@Aria_2K2 Yesss! It happend the first time when I was 12 and then it happend more and more. I also have tics and it makes my neck be hurt more often. I went to the docter and he's gonna send me to a chiro so hopefully that makes it kinda better. It litteraly feels horrible just keeping your head up!
