We simply take care of his hair. He gets his hair cut often, so there is no need to cut off damaged hair, if there is no damage. You are the customer. If you don’t want a lot of your length cut off, I suggest you speak to your barber before letting him get clipper happy. But if you have split ends, get them cut off so that you can actually start retaining length. Also, take care of your hair so that there is little to no damage to begin with.
