Your profits will double but it will just be like having two individual hotspots. You won't actually have any other benefit of having two since they won't connect. Now, going into the helium coverage map shows that there are two at most three within a ten-mile-ish radius, why am I in the invalid zone, and why doesn't it show the other hotspots that show from the helium explorer map?
Yeah I saw the same thing... And 2 hours after I am in the red zone. Nothing has changed, there are the same hotspots, but suddenly I am not in the green anymore. I bought one anyway and waiting to see what happens
i wonder if you have faster internet, if that helps? Some ppl use Spectrum 100mbps and I have ATT rocking fiber, so around 780mbps? Would that help in any way or this doesn't effect anything regarding creating a location?
When I looked at the one that is by me I got excited because they were making 200 HNT in the last 30 days. The only concern I have is it’s extremely inconsistent. Like they made 117 HNT in just one day and then most of the days made 0.1
@@andrewcavese1387 thing is if their Conservative average is 0.1 a day thats just under 3 a month and just about $75 do that for 5 months and you are back in profit (assuming price stays roughly the same (it won't because of halving coming up but it is likely to double with halve the quantity available))

@@miketython1493 with just one module??
@@miketython1493 when is the delivery date?
Yeah I saw the same thing... And 2 hours after I am in the red zone. Nothing has changed, there are the same hotspots, but suddenly I am not in the green anymore. I bought one anyway and waiting to see what happens
Thanks for info we realy needed Thank you just ordered one
I really appreciate the links to the maps! Thanks for the video!
What are the health impacts of having these "hotspot" devices in your home?
None more than what you phone puts out
i wonder if you have faster internet, if that helps? Some ppl use Spectrum 100mbps and I have ATT rocking fiber, so around 780mbps? Would that help in any way or this doesn't effect anything regarding creating a location?
Only needs 5 mbps
Great Content..Learned a ton.
Thanks, im glad!
If you have a us based hotspot miner can you use it in europe
Great video! Well put together and informative!
I just ordered one, and I look on the map and im right in the middle of the red zone. What do I do??? Please help!
Really? Did you already figure out that you're the reason the red zone is there? lol
@@Kennelijk Hahaha yes lol I found that im in a perfeclty good spot
So when you start building the network that won't be red anymore?
@@mrwardy7 Its saying that you shouldnt have any other ones in that redzone, the next one should be in the green around it.
When I looked at the one that is by me I got excited because they were making 200 HNT in the last 30 days. The only concern I have is it’s extremely inconsistent. Like they made 117 HNT in just one day and then most of the days made 0.1
Also wondering about this
@@andrewcavese1387 thing is if their Conservative average is 0.1 a day thats just under 3 a month and just about $75 do that for 5 months and you are back in profit (assuming price stays roughly the same (it won't because of halving coming up but it is likely to double with halve the quantity available))
Fantastic info, thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Ciao dall'Italia :) why do you think there are many red hotspots next to each other? Look at my city, Milan (Italy) where they were green on the first day. Then look at the Balearic Islands in Spain or many in North East London.
There is a hotspot near me which is 3 miles from me, I have asked a friend as well who is 2.5 miles from me do you think it be worth it?
I'm wondering the same thing, I'm sure a few of my neighbors in my rural area would be willing to play along if worth it
Is your hotspot based off your current location or where your ISP's node is located?
current location.
You're doing gods work, awesome video. thank you for this!
I read dogs work lol
Thanks! Glad you found it helpful
Very interesting - thanks for the info.
I'm in an urbanized area in the south of France (near Marseille) and the nearest miners are 50 miles away. Is this a good thing, or bad?
I think if you have a good line of sight for many miles it may be a good thing. With a strong antenna, and a clear line of sight, there could be some great earning potential
How about mining on Philippines?
If one tries mining in the invalid witness zone (all red hexagons), there will be no reward at all? Is it worth trying? The miner equipment is expensive. Can anybody who, nevertheless, tried it share the experience?
can i still mine if my area is in the witness invalid zone
I have an important question, do you have any idea if, 2 hotspots antennas meet in the middle? (to witness for example) or each antenna has to reach the device itself? any idea?
No , one will cancel out the other with rewards , you can position it to your advance, 1.5 meters away
This actually helped me. Thanks
Awesome, glad to hear that!
