    Orange Squash Recipe
    *Ingredients:*
    - 18 oranges
    - 3 cups sugar
    - 1 1/2 cups water
    - 1 tablespoon vinegar

    1. *Prepare the Oranges:*
    - Wash the oranges thoroughly and let them dry.
    - Using a knife, carefully peel the oranges, ensuring to remove only the outer peel without including the bitter white pith.
    - Remove the seeds from the center of the oranges.
    2. *Juicing:*
    - Blend the peeled oranges along with their pulp until smooth. Avoid blending the seeds as they can make the juice bitter.
    3. *Straining:*
    - Place a coarse strainer over a pot.
    - Pour the blended orange mixture through the strainer, allowing the juice and fine pulp to pass through while retaining the waste (peel and seeds) in the strainer.
    - Use a spoon to press out as much juice and pulp as possible.
    4. *Preparing the Syrup:*
    - In a separate pan, combine the sugar and water. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved, creating a simple syrup.
    - Once the syrup is ready, add the orange juice and pulp to the pan.
    5. *Flavor Enhancement:*
    - Stir in 1 tablespoon of vinegar and a pinch of salt to balance the flavors.
    6. *Cooking:*
    - Allow the mixture to come to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
    - Stir continuously to prevent sticking and cook until the mixture is reduced by half, thickening into a
    syrupy consistency. This should take some time, so be patient.
    7. *Removing Impurities:*
    - As the mixture cooks, a layer of foam may form on the surface. Skim off this foam with a spoon to remove any impurities.
    8. *Cooling and Sieving:*
    - Once the mixture has thickened and reduced by half, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
    - Pass the cooled mixture through a sieve to remove any remaining impurities and achieve a smooth texture.
    9. *Bottling:*
    - Transfer the strained squash into clean, sterilized bottles or jars.
    10. *Serving:*
    - To enjoy the squash, dilute it with water to taste. Add a few tablespoons of squash to a glass of water, stir well, and serve over ice.
