I do the same thing with mine from the witches moon but I keep them organized by the month they came so I can go back to do the blessings for that time of year or to pull out sigils or the art work for my altar. The herb and crystal pages I have in a separate A5 ringed binder for reference. I know going digital for that would be easier but I love the look of them in their own binder.
I have several different BOS’s. My main one is currently split between 2 books, junk journals that I made and are filled with my own artwork. I have a few others that are topic specific. I have one that is just herbs in my own apothecary with a handful of tried and true spells and recipes. I have one that is a wheel of the year book, with my invocations for each holiday and different correspondences and activities for each holiday. I have a day of the week correspondence book. Et cetera.

I like to keep a few books of shadows on hand and a grimiore as well. One containing beginners stuff and how to's. One containing all informative recipes and such. And one of nothing but my own spells and rituals for my family line 🖤💜

I have a digital, general purpose tarot journal and then a few other digital tarot journals dedicated to specific deities. I have a small physical notebook with prayers and incantations. Another physical notebook that is just a place for me to talk about how I feel my practice is going. And finally a big book that is more fancy, I guess. It has correspondences, spiritual beliefs, some art, some spells and rituals - kind of a hodgepodge of things, but much more like what people think of when they think "Book of Shadows". Maybe I have too many books, lol. 😅
