I saw Hozier in 2020 just before Covid hit in a relatively small location in Frankfurt- Batschkapp. I went there with my 2 daughters who had already seen him in Berlin (not this Festival, though) and were totally hooked just like me (they were both 24, me 54...). It was amazing he is just there and totally connects with the audience. Wonderful band as well, amazing musicians. I feel very priviledged having been able to see him like that. And he is definitely one of the good people, donating fo and supporting good causes, that makes listening to him even nicer.
Was there as well. I’m usually not a particular fan of the venue as it’s usually super hard for artists to reach the back of the crowd. But man, the sparks, the atmosphere, the vibes… It was amazing. I’d seen him twice before (Berlin and Hamburg) but that concert was of the charts.
