I wrote a song for each of my children, and this one was hers. Holly was such a good example! She was always so kind and loved others so much, it seemed as though she knew Jesus was always close beside her, taking care of her and loving her. My young friends, if you will live every day of your life as though you could see the Savior standing right beside you, you will be happy, and you will be ready to live with Him again some day. He loves you and will always--always!--watch over you."

I'm not LDS - Catholic, to be exact - but I love your hymns. I love how music is uniting Christians the world over! Thank you, God, our Divine Musician, for the gift of music!
This song is one of my favorites bcuz it applies to everyones' lives. We all, wether LDS or not, need to remember that the Lord is ALWAYS watching us and will judge us on the choices we make. If you find you're in a difficult situation, ask yourself this, "What would the Savior do"? or "Would I do this if the Savior were standing beside me"?
I will teach this song to my children, I am very happy that I become a member of the church, all is TRUTH...
I am part of the LDS church, and this I sing to myself when I am lonely. This just takes away my fear when I sung it.

I am LDS too and when i am mad or upset about something i hum a Primary song ,Hymns,or anything that would help me to feeling of the Spirit of The Lord to help me feeling his Love again

moniquecka I'm SO grateful that your life was changed by your return to the Church. I took both it and my beloved husband for granted for many years as I struggled to make it through adversity and wrestled with the causes and effects of living with mental illness without seeking or accepting help or guidance or being faithful and loving. There are SO many voices in this world that it's easy to allow ourselves to hear and, in so doing, become lost. I'm grateful that I have been found through Christ's amazing grace.

I am working with LDS missionaries now and learning about the church. I am so touched by the beautiful songs that I hear from the LDS church and the pictures are beautiful. I pray God will guide my path as I seek to know the truth of his word and his perfect will for my life.

Right on Patricia. What a blessing it is that u have a great opportunity to take the missionary discussions. Every time they come, can you feel the spirit, light, and truth they bring to you're home and you're life. I have them over all the time to bask in their light, and faith and hope. the feeling you have when you hear truth is universal. Warm and reassuring. I am a member and I love this gospel. it makes my life so full. I love the Savior. The atonement is for all of us.

I just love this song. It is performed beautifully here. One of the strongest feelings of the Holy Ghost testifying of the truthfulness of the gospel was when I was serving in primary and the children would sing this beautiful song.
