I had a minor role as a townspeople. Got a few lines. Nothing big. But I was in the tavern scene and most of us were about to graduate, so we took this as a bros moment. When Tevye walked in, we re-enacted the scene in Cheers when Norm walk in. The audience cracked up. I kid you not, when we exited the tavern, the actor who played to constable couldn’t hold himself.

Great stuff on stage but I wonder if those backing tracks are meant to be not great to keep actual musicians in business. Hearing an electric bass is just not good...
