its suffix stun and block recovery, hybrid probably moved from flat to increased. i have a feeling they got rid of sources of flat defences on armour to simplify, which goes well with the more multi from quality change. maybe they gave bases higher values to compensate for the defence aura nerfs, but they made the defence auras op in the first place cuz they felt ppl were only reserving dmg auras... would go full circle. I'm only left wondering if they actually went ahead and removed flat phys aswell. if they did, high change they would also remove hits cannot be evaded otherwise its would be the go to 3rd prefix. that would also keep all these coc builds in line.
@linerci6327 ah yes you may be on to something there. One would think that the flat Evasion and life hybrid mod wasn't substantial enough to warrant a change since the new base types are being added. Maybe they did do it to simplify. I really hope there can only be 1 life prefix now so we can get it easier for crafting
Tried SSF Jugg, it already felt really good, was able to clean 30 waves sim ~2-2.5 days into the char, but now.. Man, the next league i'm playing melee. That's for sure. Jugg time.

if they had more es or life etc but nerf determination doesnt mean melee is saved !!!

No you can't reach that number even with essences as it doesn't have a hybrid life mod.
