Shuma is such a well-designed character in that he's so weird and unintuitive and requires charge and awkward confirms but if you get past that he's got a pretty great kit and a GODLIKE assist on top of half a dozen ways to catch people who don't know the matchup. Meanwhile Jill is like the hardest character to play in the game and isn't even Top 30.
