The dirt bike ARM PUMP solution that WORKED for me!

  • I've always had trouble with arm pump (and cramps in general) while riding dirtbikes. I've tried all kinds of different things - hydration, nutrition, exercises, supplements...etc... nothing has worked as well as this relatively simply body position trick.
    It's not really even a trick, just actually being in the proper body position while accelerating.
    Do you find that it helps up? What other helpful riding tips do you have? Leave a comment below!

    Finally this technique is slowly coming together for me.I am 6ft 2in tall with long arms so getting my body position right is even harder!

      I've been focusing on my body position at races all summer and it's amazing how much faster/safer I can ride when I use my body properly.

      my tail has to go right back and my head a tiny bit further over the bars than "normal"It does work though and the bike" feels" like its going slower than it is now im used to it.

      @@nickg2431 Yeah, same! From my experience I have to feel like I'm way overdoing it for it to actually be correct. Rich Larsens, AJ Catanzaros, or Chris Birch's videos go in depth on the specifics of the position, which you might have seen already, but I'm mentioning here for anyone else reading the comments.
