Jain Vegetable Kolhapuri | Veg kolhapuri recipe | My jain recipes

Vegetable Kolhapuri is very tasty & traditional mix veg Sabji of maharastra & its prepared by mixing spices.
Please see ingredients below.(for 4 Person)
1. 3 tbsp oil
2. 2 tsp Butter
3. 2 tsp coriander seeds
4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
5. 10-12 black pepper
6. 2 cardamom
7. 2-3 cinnamon pieces
8. 4-5 cloves
9. 1 tsp fennel seeds
10. 1 bay leaf
11. 2 tsp white sesame seeds
12. 2 tsp muskmelon seeds
13. 7-8 cashew nuts
14. 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
15. 3 tsp desiccated coconut
16. 2 cup water
17. 7-8 kashmiri chilli
18. 3 chopped tomatoes
19. 1/2 cup green peas
20. 1/2 cup chopped raw banana
21. 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
22. 1/4 cup paneer cube
23. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
24. 1/4 cup chopped baby corn
25. 1/2 cup chopped fresh beans
26. 2 chopped green chilly
27. 2 kashmiri chilli
28. 1/4 tsp asafoetida
29. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
30. 1/2 tsp salt
31. 1 tsp coriander cumin seeds powder
32. 1 tsp kashmiri chilly powder
33. 1 tsp milk cream
34. 1/4 tsp fenugreek leaves
35. chopped coriander leaves

poppy seeds means "KHAS KHAS". You can store dry masala for a month or two month but in freeze.
