Hello Could you show to relpace the seat control panel at a passenger side? A control button at my manamera seat was broken. It need to replace the whole control panel. I found the used palnel at ebay and I want to fix myself. Thanks
Thanks for the video, really helpful. I have a question. My switch button just came off in my hand when I pulled it up to raise the window. There are two white little posts that seem to click into something but after a while it comes off again. Can I just buy a new button and press it in without having to remove the unit?
Hello, if you can find the button, yes. I was unable to find original ones, only aftermarket. I didn't care for the quality of the aftermarket switches.
This is an observation: at the bottom of each little white post a small rabbit (a woodworking term) has been milled out. It appears to fit with two small plastic posts visible at the bottom of the recess of the door handle.
Hello, you have to remove the door panel to access it. You can pop out your door speaker cover, but I didn't want to break mine. Please see my video on the procedure on how to remove the door panel. ua-cam.com/video/To4mcrW-vlg/v-deo.html
Yes, the speaker grill is held on with clips. You'll gently want to pull out on the grill, making sure not to break any clips. I didn't want to risk breaking the grill, so I removed the door panel.
