Thank you for the lovely and clear tutorial! What are the measurements of the bag after shirring? I want to make a bigger bag, but I don't know how much more fabric I need for the shirring/how much the fabric shrinks.

Should I wash the fabric before sewing? Would it hold up to washing after completion for stains, etc?
It's always best to wash the fabric before you sew with them because they can also shrink etc. (I personally am however quite bad at that 😂). The bag can be washed I would just say to either hand wash it or put it on a very gentle cycle 💙

I don't know the size, sorry :/ it was actually just polyester
