We had a pig barn let loose (thankfully disused, thankfully went up and over my sister stable which was and is in use) thankfully it missed our neighbours house though what did go for it was stopped by the trees and a student nearly flattened by a passing 5 ton feed bin in 87. It is frustrating, annoying and something you don't want to deal with but just like you're doing all you can do is work through it when it hits the fan.
@breakheartorchard4761 I think a lot is pressure when it can get in but can't get out as my sister's stable had both doors open it still pulled the sheeting up but other one one was closed and the other partially open. A neighbour had a mobile field shelter but where a neighbour had complained about it they had it moved the only thing they wanted it turned facing west where most of our storms come from given it is a 3-sided building on skids the next storm lifted it up and deposited into a fence. Lucky their government pension came through as they retired and so they felt if their former colleagues were going to get people to complain they under the advisory of the council applied for permission and was granted planning permission for permanent stables and garage. With that I don't know what was worse the wind or the office politics as I used to think it was bad at two offices my brother worked it seemed even worse when it came to one with badges and warrant cards
Doesn't seem like all that much of a problem. From the video, the shed looks to be still in walls. You've got (or at least did) equipment to pick up the walls, reset, renail and reinforce the wall connections with hurricane straps. Simple anchors that drill into the ground like what mobile homes use to anchor the shed down.
Ever feel like if it wasn't for bad luck, you'd have no luck at all? If your dogs are AKC, they use to not register puppies unless both parents were over 1 year old. You would have to check to confirm that is still the case.
I’m so sorry this happened. I know the time, energy and resources you all put into that barn.
Sounds like you have a solid plan to rebuild and make it stronger than before.
Oh, das tut mir so leid für euch. So ein Glück, dass es den Tieren gut geht 😊
Oh my! I'm so sorry, but good thing is your goats are okay! Looks like you're going to be a busy owner for a while.
Thank you. Yes, we will be busy.
😢 Oh no...
Set drone up.
I'm sorry so much work you've done.
👍👍👍

It’s hard to grasp how wind can move these things
