Yey! I'm so excited to see this! Thank you, very much for taking the time to create all these wonderful tutorials and templates! You are a darling xxx 🤗😘💗
It definitely looks like the g diapers I've seen. It would be cool to see what, if any differences there might be between the newborn and OS sizes. Thank you for all of your tutorials and free patterns❤️❤️
To be OS, I'd have to change the style of the shell significantly. When I make an OS template, the body will have to be quite different, but it could still have the snap-in pouch. There will probably still need to be two sizes of pouches though.
I was curious as well. but it looks like she just uses a strip of fabric that is longer than the legs and waistbands. for the leg pieces, a couple inches past the length and for the back again, just a couple inches past the waistband area and for the front piect (wraps to the back) about 4-5 inches. if you watch the first part of the video where she is constructing the pieces you'll see what she did. But the directions that are on the pattern just have the width requirements for the strips
The biggest pattern I made was for up to about 50lbs. The XL Squaretab pattern. I could probably work something out though, if you have a specific need. The main reason I never made bigger ones before was that after that 50lb size, peoples' builds change so much. Everyone is shaped so differently, so I was worried about getting a good/universal fit without any sort of models.

What lengths did you use for the waist band pieces?
