I never knew that,malt and milk does not enhanced the building of blood formation.other food combinations believes, now I know it doesn't kill but I should takes it with time interval.l also learned to take fruit in an emty stomach before meals.not after meals.thank you very much sister for that eye opener.God bless you more

Yes sister ugu also called pumpkin is a good source of iron. Guinness contains like malt contains little iron not sufficient enough to build blood and more so it contains alcohol

While there is no proven fact to using hot water compress on the abdomen. I will advise that you avoid it totally if the woman had a caesarean section because it can cause breakdown of the sutures.
