Omg, I just received one of these in the mail, the instructions weren't very helpful, and all it did was irritate me. So, i went on youtube and found your amazing video. I just want to say thank you for making this video short and simple! I think all pop up tents need a link to this exact video! I've went over the directions for about a hour to no avail and was about to give up, and then used youtube as a last resort knowing that I can't be the only one having issues with it. Thank you again! You saved this pop up tent from being trashed!

@@ElenaK4123 that happened to me! Right in the middle of the crowded beach! I must have been some great entertainment to those people watching me. After that I decided to figure out how to do it and make a video.
Me and my wife tried to fold ours for about half an hour to great amusement of other beach goers. Next time we’ll look a bit less clumsy. :) Thanks a bunch!

If it still seems difficult it may simply be that like mine your shelter is proportionately larger (compared to arm length) than the one demonstrated. I found that using my right foot to hold the 'tucked-in/ down' bit to the rear in at 0:20 meant I could wrestle the furthest part down into place (0:24), bring the top layer down (0:28) and then persuade the bottom-most loop to adopt the same diameter as the rest. Going to look for a slightly smaller shelter 😀

You wouldn't think of it to turn it on its side and do that motion. It's making it do something that it really doesn't want to do!
