Funny I just had some appointments that were stressful...and yes I too take home bp for a few days in advance and I just refused to sit there and see an elevated reading due to the white coat syndrome. I thought I was the only one!! Good luck tomorrow....been thru mohs surgeries....it will be fine.

We will pray that your surgery is very successful and you have a speedy recovery. I am the same way at doctor's appointments.My blood pressure is fine until I see them and my heart rate is through the roof. It is awful! Both are elevated! I always have good rates at my house.🙏🏿 ❤Do you have any extra pillows, a comfy chair, or things to make your life a bit easier during your recovery? Maybe some quick meals to pop in the oven or microwave? I like showers everyday because you just feel fresh. Maybe you can use a little dry shampoo? We are here for you girl! ❤
Hey! Greeting from Wales❤ I had exactly same issue with blood pressure, driving to my cancer hospital up the M4 motorway ALWAYS messed with my BP, & I've a touch of white coat syndrome, so I did exactly the same thing, started taking my own. I truly hope your surgery goes well. ❤
Judy so glad your back. Don’t worry just be thankful a BCC has a high cure rate . You are a great advocate for yourself. Nip it in the bud 😊 Had malignant melanoma on my shin area hacked a tumor out. Judy, my blood pressure does the same thing at the DR. I take it and take a picture of the reading so I have them to show DR. I will pray for you Thursday am. Prayers for a great outcome and complete healing in Jesus's name. Amen ❤
My dermatologist said you can wash your hair every day if you want to and I do and I’ve never had a problem just like I shave my legs every day. Ha ha ha Will be thinking of you. Please keep us up-to-date on how you are doing.
