Jimmy's right.. Velociraptor was about the size of a large chicken, or smallish turkey. What we saw in JP was called 'Velociraptor' because it sounded cool, but was modeled on Deinonychus, a much larger dromaeosaurid.
Yeah I was wtf Kimmel talking about, but he is right about this one. I wonder how many of us would swear by this, just cause we saw these movies as children and never question it.

Calzones rotos
• 1/2kg de harina
• 1/2 taza de leche
• 70 grs de margarina
• 2 huevos
• 3/4 tazas de azúcar
• Ralladura de medio limón
• 1 pizca de sal
• 1 cucharada de Polvos de Hornear Gourmet
• 1 cucharada de Esencia de Vainilla Gourmet
• Azúcar flor para espolvorear
1.Cernir la harina con los Polvos de Hornear Gourmet, agregar azúcar, sal, la ralladura de limón, margarina derretida, huevos y la leche con la Esencia de Vainilla Gourmet.
2.Mezclar hasta tener la masa unida y suave para luego uslerear. Formar laminas de 0,5cm aproximadamente.
3.Cortar tiras de 10cm x 5cm aproximadamente haciendo una hendidura al medio de la tira y voltear una de las puntas para dar la forma.
4.Freír en abundante aceite caliente 3 segundos por lado.
5.Espolvorear con azúcar flor y servir.
Ingredientes para hacer Cola de mono chileno:
1 litro de leche
1 taza de aguardiente tipo pisco
1 taza de azúcar (200 gramos)
4 clavos de olor
1 rama de canela
1 cáscara de naranja
1 cucharada sopera de vainilla
3 cucharaditas de café instantáneo
Cómo hacer Cola de mono chileno:

Para empezar con la receta de cola de mono, primero debes verter la leche en un cazo y llevarlo a fuego medio-bajo.
2. Agrega el azúcar, los clavos, la canela y la cáscara de naranja al cazo con leche. Déjalo que hierva por no más de 3-5 minutos.
3. Prepara las 3 cucharaditas de café y la vainilla en un poquito de agua o de la leche del cazo.
4. Apaga la leche y añade el espresso, revuelve bien y reserva tapado hasta que tome temperatura ambiente.
5. Cuando esté totalmente frío, pasa todo el cóctel por un colador. ¿Qué te está pareciendo esta receta chilena?
6. Agrega el aguardiente a la leche, mezcla bien y sírvelo en una botella de vidrio preferiblemente para conservarlo refrigerado.
7. Puedes servir la bebida de cola de mono con un poco de canela por encima o con hielo picado.
Si te gustan las preparaciones más dulces y cremosas, puedes preparar el cola de mono con leche condensada. Usa un tarro de leche condensada y añade unos 300 ml de agua.
Pan de Pascua Casero
Esta receta es ideal para hacer ese regalo con cariño y harto sabor navideño. Tan rápida y fácil que no la dejarás de hacer.
Ingredientes
3 Huevos
1 ½ Taza de azúcar rubia
1 Taza de leche evaporada.
1 Cucharada de mantequilla
3 Cucharadas de pisco o ron
4 Tazas de harina
2 Cucharaditas de polvos de hornear IMPERIAL®
1½ Cucharadita de canela en polvo
1½ Cucharadita de clavo olor en polvo
1 ½ Cucharadita de nuez moscada
2 Cucharaditas de esencia de pan de pascua
2 Cucharaditas de vainilla
½ Taza de pasas
½ Taza de nueces picadas
½ Taza de frutas confitadas
½ Taza de almendras
¡A cocinar!
1. En un bowl con una batidora eléctrica bate las claras a nieve y una vez firmes, reserva. Aparte en otro bowl también con una batidora, bate la mantequilla con la azúcar rubia, hasta quedar cremosa y suave. Luego agrega las yemas, la leche evaporada y las claras batidas e integra con la ayuda de una espátula con movimientos envolventes y de la misma forma agrega poco a poco los ingredientes secos previamente mezclados entre si como la harina, polvos de hornear, canela, clavo de olor y nuez moscada.
2. Continúa agregando las esencias de pan de pascua y de vainilla, y luego agrega todos los frutos secos de una vez y sigue mezclando hasta lograr un batido uniforme, a parte calienta el horno a 180 °C durante 10 minutos.
3. Dispone la mezcla en 1 o 2 moldes de pan de pascua y decora la superficie con nueces y almendras, hornea durante 1 hora aprox o bien hasta cocer completamente, lo cual puedes comprobar introduciendo una brocheta en su centro y al retirarla salga seca, es porque ha logrado su cocción completa. Deja Enfriar y porciona trozos de 1 dedo de grosor y disfrutar.

As a one time Adam Levine fan, this interview was weird.
I think it was weird at first for Adam. It’s been a while since he’s been on a talk show. Plus, the pandemic had a huge impact on everyone, & many still struggle with anxiety & haven’t fully recovered from it.
Jimmy’s interviews, in general, have felt off the last few weeks. Idk if it’s the guests & they’re tired from the endless media blitzes they have to do for their projects, or if Jimmy is going thru the motions this season. 🤷🏻♀️
Picarones con chancaca:
En una olla mediana coloca el zapallo y cúbrelo con agua. Cocina a fuego medio hasta que esté tierno. Escurre el agua y deja enfriar.
En un recipiente mezcla la harina, la levadura y el azúcar.
En otro recipiente, muele el zapallo cocido hasta obtener un puré suave y sin grumos. Agrega el puré de zapallo a la mezcla de harina y remueve bien.
En un recipiente aparte mezcla la leche tibia, el huevo y la esencia de vainilla. Agrega esta mezcla a la masa de zapallo y harina. Mezcla todo hasta obtener una masa homogénea.
Cubre la masa con un paño limpio y deja reposar en un lugar cálido durante aproximadamente una hora, hasta que duplique su tamaño.
Mientras tanto, prepara la salsa de chancaca. En una olla mediana agrega la chancaca, el agua, la canela, los clavos de olor y la cáscara de naranja. Hierve a fuego medio-bajo hasta que la chancaca se disuelva por completo y la salsa se espese ligeramente. Remueve ocasionalmente para evitar que se pegue. Retira la canela, los clavos y la cáscara de naranja, y reserva la salsa caliente.
Una vez que la masa de los picarones haya duplicado su tamaño, calienta abundante aceite vegetal en un sartén grande a fuego medio-alto.
Con tus manos ligeramente engrasadas, toma porciones de masa y forma anillos o rosquillas con un agujero en el centro.
Fríe los picarones en el aceite caliente hasta que estén dorados y crujientes por ambos lados. Retíralos del aceite y colócalos sobre papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de grasa.
Sirve los picarones calientes acompañados de la salsa de chancaca. Puedes verter la salsa sobre los picarones o servirla en un recipiente aparte para que cada persona se sirva a su gusto.

This definitely underscores why I am not a fan of Adam. Judging from the things he always stated that he loved, while he was a judge on The Voice, as well as his early tastes, I have to conclude that M5 sound like they do now, simply because it is the most commercially viable sound. And, while I find he has as much musical facility as almost any musician around, I don't find much inspiration or authenticity in what he does. I think facility, merged with Inspiration/authenticity, is what constitutes talent and results in good art.
