Short sleeves when there’s frost on the ground, lots of uninterrupted climbing, bobcats running by... truly an adventure! Another great vid featuring a diverse and beautiful trail. Keep it going Aaron!
Thanks Mark, I'm trying to not let the cold weather and rain slow me down. It's been a bit challenging timing the wet conditions. I got lots more riding coming soon. Hopefully.
Very nice session. Stumbled upon this video/channel via “fishing at Henry Coe” detour. Hiked the park 3 times, and each time kept thinking how absolutely epic it would be to ride there and cover more ground... There are some stunningly remote and beautiful corners in HC, and it would take days to get to them all on foot, even riding. Certainly worth a try, cheers!
Thanks, I am glad you found the video. That place is huge. I've only been there once and it felt like we barely scratched the surface. I would love to get back out there and ride again.
It was so fun to watch this! I rode a lot at Coe in the early ‘90’s. Someday I will take a road trip and ride it again. Great job on the video, keep it up!
@@randysavage1997 with the breaks it took us a little over 4 hours to do this ride. We got over 4000 ft of climbing. It was a pretty strong day of riding. You can see my Strava link in the description to give you more of idea of our ride day.
Hahaha I was just watching a video of you and Brian and now I’m watching another vid of you and Bobcat Brian! That part was insane! As I said on his vid, always good to watching you suffer! That stick though! 😬
I wasn't going to film where the bobcat jumped out. I was having issues with my batterys on my GoPro. I was testing out another one at the time and was about to shut off my camera. Guess I should leave it running more often. The stick was totally crazy. I can't believe it didn't scratch my leg or stab me.
Just started watching your channel last week thanks to Brian, good video keep up the good work. Also it was great to see some one riding a Chromag, I am saving for one right now and it great to see one in action. Again good video, I look forward to watching more.
Thanks for watching. I am glad you like the video. It's always great to hear comments like this. It keeps me motivated to do more. I will let Amiel know you liked seeing the Chromag. Seems to be quite a few fans of that bike out there.
I have trouble remembering what I had for breakfast and I had a guide on this ride. The best I can do is give you the link to my Strava from that day. www.strava.com/activities/2045477857 I hope this helps.
I'm not entirely sure yet. They were smoking really bad on this ride. I know I tend to over brake at times but I never had that happen before. The name brand is Cooma. I'm thinking it's just a cheap knock off of Sram. Get what you pay for type of thing.

Great job. Keep making videos, please. You show and ride the kind of trails I love to ride most.
Thank you so much. I will definitely keep the vids coming. I really enjoy doing this and so many more trails to explore.
Such a beautiful looking ride!
Thanks, that was a really fun day and I really liked the trail along the creek.
Great trails. A bit similar to the Cwmcarn Forest over here in the UK.
Maybe one day I can get out there at check it out, or you can come over here and check out some of the stuff we got.
That would be great!

I grew up in Gilroy and did many rides all over Henry Coe..Not a hidden gem anymore
Do a lot of people ride this place? When I was there we only saw a few people.
There are lots of people riding most on weekends. During week days you can run into Mike Sinyard and his crew testing bikes

Cool! I am glad you liked it. That was a really cool place to go explore. I will need to make my way down there again one day.

MTBing Adventures 🍀🍀🍀 written all over this ride!
My absolute favorite place to ride
It's a really big area. I have to get back out there and explore. I'm buried in trail building

Good ride guys👍🚵♂️
Thanks, I appreciate you checking out the channel. Henry Coe was a cool place to ride.
You should go on a night ride in Henry coe they are really fun
That would be a great place to night ride. I bet you can see a lot of wild life. We saw that little bobcat when we were there.
Can you name the trails you rode on this ride? Looks great, want to find them. Thx

That bobcat was nuts. What was the deal with your brakes?
