Returnal - Crimson waste - Ixion Boss guide in desc

Ixion is your second boss in Biome 2 - Crimson Waste. As always start the boss fight with full health and an astronaut figurine, if possible with silphium vials.
Much like your first boss, he has 3 phases and his attacks are heavily telegraphed and you can negate those if you watch them closely. Always maintain a safe distance from the boss and don't stop shooting.
Blue and orange projectiles can be dodged, they are faster but can be dodged easily.
He will disappear from your screen and smash drop to the ground and will start throwing the blue fog like rings which you can dash into it. Red rings - you can jump. He has a blue laser attack, and can be dodged at the last minute.
In phase 3 he combines all his attacks and he will start flying around and can get a little messy but take your time, watch his attacks and dodge accordingly.
What i understood from these boss fights is that you will get hit so bank on your consumables and also on your astronaut figurine which make this fight tremendously one sided.
