- You must vote only with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 or 12 points.
- You must give each number of points only once.
- Voting for your own country is strictly forbidden, if you do so - the host (me) is allowed to drastically change your vote and/or points, or even disqualification.
- Voting for a country, that does not participate in the mentioned Semi-Final/Grand Final, can result in a drastic change in your points and/or vote.
- Voting with 9 or 11 points is strictly forbidden, it may result in a change in your points and/or vote.
- You can not edit your vote and/or points later after you commented, the way you wrote it the first time, the way it is being counted, without any exception.
- You can vote for your national language, but not for your country. For example, USA is ALLOWED to vote for UK.
