Thanks . Ya I also open feed when it is needed . I have one yard that I am going to start feeding today but my others yards are in great shape . Just a side note to tell everyone. In some states it is illegal to open feed so if they would like they may want to check there own regulations. I do the same way with a five gallon bucket so I can gauge just how much my bees get an not over feed. Thanks
