सरकार मदरसों को अवैध बताती है और उनको विदेशों से फंडिंग हो रही है, ऐसा बोलती है.
सुना है के साहब ने पाकिस्तान की कंपनी से भी मोटा चंदा लिया है. इसका मतलब यह हुआ के सरकार को पाकिस्तान से पैसे की फंडिंग हुयी है. चंदा लेना भी एक तरह की फंडिंग ही है न. अब इसकी जांच भी होनी चाहिए न.
Perhaps you have enough to support private school - but then again it has to be inspected and certified by the State’s Dept of Education! Keep that mind!! Education is a matter of the state as is healthcare and many other public services.

I agree with CJI , tommorow someone will put a case on gurukul/institutions run buy hindus , convent school run by chrisitans, pura desh anpad ban jayega , instead we should allow those school that includes subjects decided by the education board then let them teach other whatever religious subjects as optional so any no-muslims can opt out of it if they don't wanted to learn

How can High court give such decision? Its against to Doctrine of propotionality and principal of natural justic. You cant strike down whole act for just few statues. Its like for theft you are giving death sentence which against to propotionality doctrine. A reality check needs to be done on the credibality of these judges. Kudos to CJI that he stand for the righteous of justice.
