I’m an adult and trying out adult gymnastics at the moment. My coach is my best friend but I don’t think she realises just how basic I need things explained because I’m not skinny. I have very little upper body strength. I really struggle with this. I needed a tutorial like this because I just needed a way to safely get over without hurting my neck. All I’ve done so far is hurt my neck because it wasn’t explained simple enough. I love her and she is a good coach, she just isn’t used to my low level. So thank you for these tutorials
She did very well and it was very well explained in all the steps easy to follow , tho she needed to keep her tommy tucked in too to have a nice strong core she had her back arched the whole time which pushes her tummy out all rounded. Chest out tummy in but in stand nice and tall strait back gives you the best posture and better control. All in all she was pretty good and her instructor did a great job too.
She’s not just talking to you. She’s explaining it to her student, kids generally need things repeated before they understand. Turn your volume down if it bothers you.

how did you do it without hurting your neck
I like how you didn't have an advanced girl demonstrate. It was a realistic girl still needing a lil assistance like Dancers in the dance room!
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it 😊
Thankyou so much i learned it within an hour , you made back roll easy 😊
good work
I can do that but I do it a different way I don’t go straight I go sideways
Me too
I takes a lot of time
Same

this didn't help me at all, i tried multiple times and multiple hours and i just gave up.
Keep your leg low when you push over so they pull you down instead of keeping them up.
Brush I can't even twist and put my hands like that this means I can't even do the first step
I dont have the proper equipment…….
😭
Why u talk too much

To explain everything step by step, but hey instructions don't work for everyone :)
How about shutting the hell up?
