To my mind, it does work. Been listening to this since past few days and I noticed that I have shed quite a few hairs and most importantly I have noticed so many baby hairs have started to grow. patience is a skill everyone must master. Edit : One thing to note that I'm recovering from telogen effluvium. I still have a full head of hair. I'm just regaining my hair volume. I'm a 27 year old male.
The trichologist said I had telegen effluvium as well. My hair density on top is lower then it should be but its all still covered. Do you think this frequency made any difference to your hair?
@@themissinfowar6629 i think it did but I was also doing headstand, meditation, exercise, taking multivitamins. I lost at least 15% density over the last 7 months. After doing all these stuff I would say I didn't lose anymore density. If you wanna try something for your hair, try it for at least 3 months.
Telegen effluvium is temporary hair fall last from 100 days to 6th months. Those suffering from it recovers their hair without doing anything

I was having severe hairfall due to medications. I took a lot of effort to grow it back. Now for the last few days, it's falling a lot again. My sleeping pattern has been erratic because of my work. Just wish it stops falling again. I had put a lot of effort into growing it back and now this is disheartening. 😞
I got a fever in December and my hair started falling in late Jan. Diagnosed to have telogen effluvium in mid Feb. Hair volume has been reduced to one fourth. Hope this ends soon. Taking supplements and increased my intake of fruits and nuts. This is depressing, yet trying to stay strong. Love to you all. ❤
hope this won't cause weird unwanted hair growth like on chest or toes or back on a female! Yikes! Btw, some friend told me one foot hurt and had redness around her big toe and noticed she had hairy toes. I'm so scared of ending up with weird wild hairs coz I've noticed them on other women and want to know if you can prevent unwanted hair growth or cause hair that already is in unwanted areas to fall out??

Thank you for reminding me. In a month, my hair greatly decreased the fall and accelerated growth compared to when I did not hear the audio. But the entrances are harder, but when I look in the mirror in one direction against the light, I can see that my entrances are not smooth, there are small hair and I've never seen it before, I just need them to grow and thicken. So, I will continue listening to the audio for a lot longer, because I think this audio is very good. I listen 2 times a day, in the morning and before bed!!

Hi, bald here in my 50s. Decided to try this, just to see what happens. Around ten times a day, headphones and medium volume. Effects indeed a sort of tickling on the scalp, and small tiny hairs starting to show after some weeks. So at least some results. If new real and many hairs will ever start to grow, it will probably take over a year. Will update next year.
