Ambassador made a 250 twin as well, as did James, Fanny Barnett, and lots of others, they all used the Villiers 2T and 4T engines, Excelsior used Anzani engines and Greeves used modified Villiers. Dot was another.
I loved these bikes and the villiers engine such a beautiful exhaust note and performance .

Great to see these bikes rebuilt You so many of the bigger bikes but not with villers twins in them and thy must have made thousands
the best one for me in the 60s was my brothers sun 2t 250 just saying
