As in repot then when they’re on a mesh grow pole. I am not lying, I never liked the look of grow poles but after watching your videos I am won over! And seeing the roots must be addictive, I love seeing the roots grow in to water even though it takes forever- like you I also do it over winter (all year round actually) because I don’t care lol. I love propagating my plants to make fuller looking plants. I will be moving my aroids onto poles this spring yay
Did the upper most cutting with the fenestrated leaves grow fenestrated leaves from then on? So have you now got a pinnatipartita that has mature fenestrated leaves right from the beginning??? Because that would be very cool
It's growing okay. Focusing on It's root system first. It has one new leaf which is fenestrated but small. Which is totally understandable and common after such a shock of a cut. Once it's root system is established it should get growing well!
Thank you for the video! how long does it take the plant to go from juvenile form to fenestrated stage? Also, can you give a bit more info about the fertilizer you used?
It really depends on your conditions as to when plants mature. They need the correct amount of light, water and feed to do so. Light being the most important. I use Foliage Focus, by growth technology. It is hands down the best fert I've used! Contains ALL the essential plant nutrients (not just NPK like most) and they're readily available for the plants to absorb and use.
Loved that thank you I was wondering how you repot these! The bloopers are hilarious 😂 real life

@Wildvine.Plants mind if I check in with you again in a few months? My pinnatipartita is just about to fenestrate, I hope.
what kind of material do you use for the white backside of your poles? I don't know what to google
It's a polypropylene plastic sheet. It just has to be rigid but flexible plastic
Can you please tell me what potting mix did you use? I would like to make it on my own preferably.
I use a mix of pottingmix, fernfibre, perlite, cocochip, kiwichar and worm castings

@@wildvine.plants thanks, ya i understand it depends on my conditions, just wondering about the time-scales, e.g. is it a year, 3 years, 5 years, etc.
@@wildvine.plants seconding Klayhamn's question, because I couldn't find any information on how long it takes for them to get fenestrations
