    Bro i used to do pushups last year when i was thin .
    Now i started it again and I'm doing it from past 4 months , the progression is that i can do atleast 40 in a set

    I was doing only plank exercises for about more than a month
    30sec each (3min) plank [ @NITANG ]
    1.elbow plank
    2.plank rocks
    3.up and down plank
    4.X plank
    5.spiderman dips
    6.plank step
    Just to get a good physique🤌 ❤️‍🔥..Earlier it was exhausting 😵‍💫 but now I can do it in onego😏
    I thought I worked on my upper body strength but pushup try karne ke baad aukat pata chal gaya 🥴🤐
    Few days back I get desperate to do push up 💪 (I just don't know why😅)
    Literally I'm trying my best to do it ....but it's always a modified one even ...when I wana to do Proper pushup.... ya toh main neeche jati hu toh upar nahi aa pati hu aur upar aa gayi toh dubara neeche nahi ja pati hu 😅 aur by chance pushup lag jaye toh woh smooth nahi hote h 🤌 I mean ...
    Actually I'm facing problem with my elbow bending
    But I'm working on it 😵‍💫🌚..and yeah I know it's all about practice ☠️ consistantecy 🤌
