I had many nephews, they were all healthy, but they started taking their first steps only at 9 months. A child of two weeks can barely move his head; he is a completely helpless creature. Until two weeks, all children cannot even hold their head up and have to be supported by hand. It is absolutely impossible for a child to start walking at the age of two weeks.
@@mariancarmelothman625 Then I understand what he wanted to say. I believe that a child, having taken his first steps, will be able to run quickly in two weeks. According to my observations, children learn very quickly, almost all children are incredibly talented.
@@winstonchurchill5792 i don’t think it was meant that any baby could be starting to walk at 2 weeks, I think it was meant that once they start walking give them 2 weeks and they will be trying to run. But holding their head up is a different matter, I have seen for myself including my-own son raise his / their head up and turn it to the opposite side. That was in hospital 1 day after delivery, witnessed by the Doctor.
And now everything in the house needs to be raised to a new higher “safe” height to stay out of reach! :-) It’s an awesome time in parents’ life but came before we were ready. Our daughter seemed to just decide at ten months old that it was time to walk and did so with only a few days of being unsteady. And then she went from only crawling to full speed walking all over the place! ;-)
Once again, proof to my theiry that all toddlers are really just small, drunk adults. They walk like drunks, they eat like drunks, they have the coordination as drunks, they fall alseep and wake up in different places not knowing how they got there like drunks do, and like drunks they are experts at "the casual vomit".

Walking's hard. But they're doing pretty good at it. They look like a whole lot of fun and trouble.
For the first steps, coordination of movements is very good. I hope that in a few months these children will already be running.
