You can only damage the fist when it's outside of the center area (the 9x9 square around the eye) All you have to do is lead it out of the square and he'll be able to take damage.
@@harveyflak thanks so much! ive lost to the eye over 10x because i didnt know that. i wish the game actually told you that seems like a mess up on the developers part.

Do you mean the bar at the bottom of the screen?
I think it's on by default, I just changed it in the settings so it appears on the center
I could only beat sprouted and skillful. Remastered and shattered are still new to me, but I will beat them soon!

when i fight the boss the adter taking a 1/4th of his health the fist and the eye because invulenrable. what do i do to be able to damage him again
