Dude, you and I must have been raised by a television, lol. I watched a TON of TV. It annoys my wife every time an old show comes on TV and I start singing the theme song along with it...haha. Good times.
I never had a ton of toys as a kid. I have to say that Transformers became my favorite, though. I had a handful of them back then (still have most of those, somehow, and started collecting more of them as an adult). I don't buy too many vintage ones...mainly focus on modern versions. AND, Transformers is celebrating a 40 year anniversary this year. Woot. I can't believe it's been 40 years. I was 8 years old when the show first aired in '84. I was also a huge fan of Voltron (also 40 years old this year), G.I.Joe A Real American Hero (turned 40 last year...I think) and MOTU (turned 40 a year or two ago). I loved the hell out of MOTU, no doubt...had a little chubby for Sorceress, lol...but everything took a back seat to Transformers once it dropped. I didn't own a single Voltron toy as a kid (expensive as hell even back then) or any MOTU stuff. On the bright side, a ton of stuff has come out for these franchises in the past several years.
Heathcliff always kinda felt like a bastardization of Garfield to me (I was a huge Garfield fan), but, we still watched the hell out of Heathcliff. I remember Turbo Teen pretty well. My memories of it are pretty strong, which is surprising due to how short the run was (only 13 episodes, what the hell). I need to track down that show sometime since I haven't seen it since it originally aired. I watched GoBots and my brother and I had a few of the toys...wish I still had them. Sadly, they were pretty quickly outclassed by Transformers. I've gotten a few vintage GoBots (and modern versions) in recent years...don't have any of my childhood GoBots, though. Muppet Babies was on regular rotation on Saturday mornings in our house back then. So was Kidd Video. I loved that intro. It was a great entry in the day of MTV. I agree it didn't really hold up in a lot of ways, but it was pretty magical to me as a little kid. I do NOT remember Kids Incorporated!
As for live-action stuff, our family watched a ton of Night Court, The Facts of Life (hearing that theme song in my head right now). And, we watched the hell out of the "V" television show back then. That creeped me out to no end.

Awesome choices. Agree, I liked both as a kid Go-bots and Transformers. Robots were a big deal in the 80s. I also was born 1977. So I grew up through all of the 80s. Almost everything you are naming I watched. I remember when V came out. Laying on the floor watching both the Mini series and Final Battle on our Floor model Wood style cabinet TV 📺. Classic times.

Taping tv shows and movies on the VCR 📼 with a
wired remote control. Lol 😆 Who's the boss was dope. Insane that it hasn't gotten its due. Loved Muppet Babies. I even would get the Marvel Star comics from 7 Eleven. Rockin times. Hanna Barbera was everything to me. And still to this day is...Flintstones!!! Wheelie and the Chopper bunch.

I'm a total horror gal. Everyday is horror. However, I grew up watching shows like Miami Vice, Knots Landing, and Golden Girls. I still love those shows. My favorites though are Tales from the Darkside and Twilight Zone (80's). I remember loving Family Ties but I haven't seen it in awhile. My favorite cartoons were She-ra, Thundercats, Jem, Garfield, and my favorite The Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show.
