I decided to make a Mega Kraton out of my Outcast. With the Max 4 combo, the extra wheel base holds the power down really well. Never drove a 12s before, it’s insane makes the car feel light even though it weighs more then 40 lbs.
I did the same with an extra Outcast exb roller I bought when they were on sale for $399 last year. My other one with a Max 5 800kv combo is pretty much un drivable on 12s. I can't imagine the Max 4 650 being more tame
@@boduke9428 Once you have the extra wheel base it is quite tame. Mine is heavy as hell so that also helps. The front is 2 mill 20 mill with earplugs for center and 1 mill in the rear. I was shocked how nice it drove

Oh my god I hope you just spoke this into existence. Have been wavering on getting a large scale rc but a giant Typhon would be an instant purchase for me! Love my overpowered 6s and Grom! 💪
I've been begging for the 8s Typhon exb for over a year and a Vigilante based basher buggy from Redcat since the Vigilante was released. I gotta be honest. I don't think they care what we want.

Those vitavon axle and out drive combos for this truck are beefy. 10/10 do recommend
IF everything interchanged with everything else, there'd be only 1 of each type, size, etc.

I have the EXB outcast 12s with a castle creations 800kv motor, hobbywing maxx4, reefs rc beast 1000. The combo set up I got from one of your old videos you had put in your kraton 1/5 scale car that you ended up changing later only thing diffrent is the pinion and spur gears which is 34/32.

You should put in a Vigilante servo. I'd like to see how that would hold up.
Nice vid I like the vigilante tires also I run them on the xmaxx have you tried and you are right they are a little smaller then arma and don't fit i wonder if you can put the redcat hubs on the arma then put on the tires🤔
Wait was that stock servo the one I gave you from the combo sale? Because that was still new in the bag!
If things are breaking just running mildly in the exoplex, I am not impressed with that stock servo
My Outcast would have broke 3 times in your video without the flips.
I made my redcat wheels fit. I use the dremel

It's the Notorious 6s v5 and it's not discontinued I don't know who's telling you that but it's not true and those people don't know what their talking about.
I think they're thinking about the 6s Outcast exb that was discontinued and calling it the Notorious since they're very similar.
Notorious, but the outcast exb is better and the same wheelbase but exb! The only difference is the body.

The name confusion is Arrma's fault. Mojave and Senton are the same vehicle, different name. Kraton is always a Kraton, regardless of size, same with Typhon. But the Outcast in smaller size is a Notorious. And I dunno what the Talion was.
They should stick with name+ 3S, 4S, 6S, 8S. I am getting too old to keep track of all them names.
