    Thanks for the updates, interesting to see the data. The house a couple doors down from me in west seattle was already pending by the time I even noticed it was for sale.

    Feels like the peak was early may. I am expecting inventory to jump over the next 30 days . Buyers now understand rates are here to stay. Under 1.5m is still super competitive but 2m+ had definitely slowed
