I quit for seven months. Now I'm back at it a couple times per week. It's getting frustrating. It not fun but it's a long acquired coping mechanism. Any thoughts?
I recommend you look at why you drink - what drew you back? Then find an alternative coping mechanism to help fill that gap. Build up a healthy sober toolbox for yourself.
