I’ll say it ISSA WAS WRONG!! The only reason I can see her making that type of decision when she clearly knew there was an issue is if she secretly didn’t like Amanda. Therefore she didn’t care about her feelings. So I get it on that tip. However in the professional setting she a was completely wrong in her position and decision making. Furthermore that could’ve been grounds for a good lawsuit for workplace intimidation, emotional distress, and creating a hostile workplace environment. Allowing two of your employees work out their intense issues amongst themselves can go so many ways, often times worse. Issa was wrong, poor leadership.
