I see this song as being about two people who both felt it but waited too long to move on it... to the point where their chance to make it work had passed, definitely rings true with me.

I love getting lost in this jungle of mesmerizing and exotic sounds
I like both version. But this one makes me feel like an old wooden metronome standing on a piano, ticking alone unnoticed. Suddenly everything else starts to produce its own sound, one by one, until ours all blend together beautifully. We can tell no more where we are now, can't even tell what we are.

Feel a bit heartbroken that Walter left.....I'm having horrible feels like they're not going to finish this last album they've been writing and they're going to break up....I'm not sure he's a replaceable bassist 😢 They are all so individually integral parts of the band actually I don't think any of them are replaceable. They are Foals forever.....and I can't bare that I never got to see them live!!!! Hope I'm wrong....big pair of shoes to fill whoever is stepping into them!
