    Can Laura share the recipe for that bread? Fall is coming and cranberry bread sounds like such a treat!

      Here is the recipe.
      High protein
      Cranberry orange muffins/bread
      Bake in muffin cups or a well greased loaf pan.
      Both are great!!
      Ingredients
      Dry:
      2 Cup almond flour (or oat)
      1 Cup protein powder (I used Devotion nutrition buttered blend- but vanilla protein powder would would great)
      1 Cup ground protein oats (I used Kodiak) grind in food processor till powdery.
      Wet-
      1.5 Cups plain Greek yogurt
      2 eggs beaten or 1 C egg whites
      1 C orange juice
      Mix ins-
      2 C dried Cranberries
      1/2 c nut of **choice- I used slivered almonds
      Instructions:
      Preheat oven to 350°
      Mix your Almond flour, ground oats and protein powder .
      -Then separately mix your eggs, OJ, Greek yogurt .. till combined.
      - Fold your wet into your dry, till they are combined well
      -Then fold in your dried Cranberry and nuts* if you choose
      Place in 350° oven for 20 -30 mins or until toothpick comes out dry.
      Cool on rack
      Once cool make a glaze:
      I used
      1 C Swerve confectionery sugar
      3 Tbs orange juice
      1tsp cinnamon
      Mix together and spoon on top of muffins/bread ..
      Store in fridge upto 5 days.
      Enjoy!!
