    Put better things you want in your imagination and believe in and on those, when you get out of alignment with that version, don’t get mad, it’s just like lifting weights, you’re breaking down “old” muscle tissue to gain more strength, this is also a practice to strengthen your mind…I love you my guy…KING-GOD 🤴🏾🤴🏾🤴🏾👑👑👑🦁🦁🦁

      I love this guy and his channel (or this lady) but, so it is not directed at them. Rather, it's directed to those who think having this type of knowledge helps.
      Let me assure you it means nothing if you don't act on these and ignore them in important times. So instead of stacking knowledge I think acting on less knowledge would get you to higher extents.
      Imagine a chief who knows a thousand recipe but hasn't cooked once and one who knows 10 but has cooked those 10 dishes at least a hundred times. Who would you think could serve better food?
      And once again: this isn't targeted at Stellar Thoughts and their channel. I am talking to myself, and those who think like me: That stacking knowledge is going to help.
      It will help, but you also have to implement them. Else you are wasting your time

      25/35 years, American, college dropout due to financial problems, started a modest work to have economical independency, then started to read sometihg "wise but not too burdening" and somehow abstract and, at same time, practical (self help). Started youtube, maybe a start up with a friend in some sub business. From a modest family below 6 feet height, not in bad shape neither excellent, average apparence, 120-125 IQ

    If you see yourself resisting doing something beneficial, don't try forcing yourself to do it.
    you need to replace the belief that views the activity as something painful, with another belief that views the activity as being fun, and with a belief that you have a geniuine love for it.
    through visualization, auto-suggestions, and journaling your auto-suggestions. Because at the end, all self-control is fundamentally thought control.
    control the thoughts (the seed)
    and your actions will flow with joy and love

      and make a written goal and post it on your wall (the napoleon hill method of goal setting) that you're going to reprogram yourself to love ------- (any desired behaviors).

    Whenever I feel lost, this channel is my go to. Everything you talk about resonates with my core on so many levels. You combine everything that I believe in and hold dear through my life journey. Neville Goddard, The Kybalion, Masculinity. When I pray to God (which is The wonderful human Imagination) for inspiration to be more grateful, this channel is how He manifest it. Alltogether lovely.

    I don't know whether you have any idea or not. Brother, your videos have helped me a lot in my life. Your videos helped me get out of my depression and helped strengthening myself mentally. I was in a very depressed state wherein I was not able to live peacefully. I was disturbed and wasn't able to even talk to people out of extreme fear and social anxiety. And I was also a hypersensitive person who would get disturbed by small things. In my childhood, I was a confident and strong boy. Growing up I lost that somewhere inside me. Your videos guided me. They helped me regain the courage and confident to be the man I am.
    I see God's love and concern for me through your videos as he led me to your channel. I wish I could meet you and give you a gift for the excellent work which is a service from which is beneficial to all.

    Fantastic video, great easy to understand & apply description of the action to be taken.
    So many give you the 'what' to do but don't say 'how' & I believe this is the most important bit. People often know what they need to do, but as you say in the video, their mind can't find the solution. Thanks for giving the full guidance which is more likely to help people move forward. 😊

    I have just had a thought.
    instead of setting goals to reach a "result", we write a goal to "build an identity"
    for example: instead of "just" having a goal in your mind,
    why not:
    1-start small, by doing simple acts, like, just 2pushups a day
    2- write/draw the goal on a piece of paper, with colors and pens you like and put it on the wall (it is important to make your subconscious see it everyday)
    3- have a picture on the wall of the body you want to reach, or photoshop your head and put it on the body you want(it doesn't have to be perfect)
    4- Journal your auto-suggestions, instead of just saying them. writing Half a page of affirmations a day
    (Napoleon hill used to use auto-suggestions. They are affirmations that include your name with only positive words)
    how to write them?
    for example: for working out:
    - I fully accept, love, and welcome the habit of physical training (you can also write it in the 3rd person)
    (be consistent)
    -I thank God for making me love working out everyday
    -working out is really fun and enjoyable
    - "your name" is highly, intrinsically motivated to work out everyday
    - I love working out everyday because it is a part of my identity
    (my Sandwitch method)
    • to make the affirmation more powerful, I, at first, mention something that I geniuinly love, like anime, then I mention the thing I want to make myself love (the wanted behavior), then mentioning something which I really love, like chocolate that I love.
    5-reading love poems to the behavior you want to make a part of your identity.
    okay, we all know that poems invoke powerful emotions in us, and we can use this to our advantage. How?
    try this:
    1- find a love poem that you really resonate with
    2-memorize it
    3-visualize yourself rehearsing that poem to the embodiement of the behavior you want to make a part of your identity
    (be consistent, do it everyday, and you will see results. Desire to change your mindset, because success happens in the mental realm.

    stop "forcing" yourself.
    But teach your subconscious to love it, in order to flow through it. So that learning feels like watching a TV show, or anime, effortless, fun, enjoyable, rewarding.

      and 2 more auto suggestions
      and repeat them every single day, and try to link feelings with them in order for them to enter the subconscious mind.

    Hello man i've got 2 questions for you:
    1. In semen retention, do wet dreams count as a repulse and if so, can I control it?
    2. Do you use affirmations in your videos?

      You can control them by not having any external sexual influence. But there are always moments when you are surprised from the outside and then a wet dream is normal. But if you have your mindset right, this actually has no influence. So just don't think about it.
      The longer you do semenretention the less wet dreams you will have.

      Make sure to practice opening your heart and making your energy flow upwards, I've had no wet dreams since I realized this was the main reason. Sexual energy that cannot be transmuted will be pushed out by your body through wet dreams... It's all about mastery, nowadays I can think sexual thoughts or even touch myself sometimes during retention, and have no negative effects or wet dreams whatsoever. Calibration is key.

    I love your videos men. But I am now a little bit confused. Say I want to manifest my dream body. And there for I have some limiting beliefes because it changed not in the past why should it now you get what I mean. First I decline that there is this limiting belive by saying I acknowledge the situation as it is but I refuse to give it my intention. Then I embody the state how I wanted to be to feel it.
    In the other video it was explained by you to stop trying to let it go and know that you have it. In this video you should meditate on it as often as you can because then it is drawn faster to you.
    To stay in the example of the beginning what is the best way to start when you feel lack and are not satisfied with how you are. Because when I now imagine it it feels good but as soon as I stop I feel the lack of not having it. And also it is then trying to fix it rather than know it. God damit it was so easy back in the past as soon as I whatched a bunch of videos it feels like I am confused as hell.
    Would be cool if someone give me a step by step guide for dummies haha.
